Shipping Info:
1) All items are pre-order and are imported directly from UNT Skincare in Taiwan.
2) Order will be placed with UNT Skincare 2 working days after spree closure.
3) It will take approximately 10 -15 working days for the items to reach Singapore. Pls note that it might take longer if items are out of stock or are being restocked. Thank you for your patience and be rest assured that you will be updated of the progress of your orders regularly.
4) Your order will be sent out to you within 3 working days after receipt of items from Taiwan.
5) We will not be liable for any unexpected delay in shipment from Taiwan to Singapore.
6) We will not be liable for any lost/damaged articles during shipment from Taiwan to Singapore, however we will try my best to get in touch with the supplier on the issue.
7) We will not be liable for wrong selection of items as indicated by buyer.
8) No cancellation or changing of item after payment has been made.
9) All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

1) The price quoted to you is NETT, inclusive of overseas shipping and local normal mail.

Delivery Info:
1) We will send out your order via local normal mail within 3 working days after receipt of items from Taiwan.
2) We will not be liable for damaged article via either normal or registered mail, however we will properly cushion wrapped the items and state fragile on the package.
3)We will not be liable for lost article via normal mail, however we will state our return address just in case items are undelivered.
4) Registered mail is still highly recommended to ensure you receive your order. You can opt for registered mail with a top up of $2.24.
5) Self collection is available at Cityhall MRT (weekdays: 12.15pm) or Redhill MRT (weekdays: 7.00pm). Pre-arrangement is required.

Rights & Disclaimers:
1) We reserve the rights to refuse or cancel any orders at our sole discretion.
2) We reserved the rights to close the spree earlier or cancel the spree if response is poor. Full refund will be made for cancelled spree.
3) We will not be liable for any reaction or sensitivity that might occur during the use of the products as every individual has their own unique skin type and skin conditions. It is always recommended to test for potential sensitive reactions on a small area by the ear when using the products for the time first. Please refer to gentle reminders.
